"Location is awesome. You can walk to hundreds of restaurants and bars, shopping etc. MRT is also within walking distance. Rooms are tiny and compact but this was expected. "

"The staff at Umedaholic are super friendly and helpful. General guest amenities like afternoon drinks and treats in the common area, mobile phone charging / work stations, and breakfast options are an added bonus. Our room on the second floor was superb. Spacious, modern and clean. Umedaholic is within walking distance to/from Osaka Station; and there are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. Highly recommended."

"I had a great stay at this property. The room was quite spacious compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms in Japan, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience."
