"We booked the sea-view room and had a superb experience. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping was truly top-notch with great attention to detail and beautiful decorations throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything looked and tasted great. "This is our second stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, nearby to town and also not too far away from Batu Ferringhi area. Although the hotel is a bit old, the staff truly make the difference. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with ample items upon request as they knew we do not require any housekeeping service during our stay.
