Great place in a fantastic location. Nice community pool and hot tub, and the ocean sounds in the windows and the views from the bedroom were awesome! Plenty of space and comfortable place.

The condo has been upgraded with beautiful counter tops and tiled shower. The kitchen has everything you need. Fabulous view. Mo took care of any issues very quickly.

Great condo. Clean, gorgeous view from the lanai. Stays cool due to the ocean breeze. We have stayed in many of the condos in Kona Makai, all have been very nice, but this one is by far our favorite.

Absolutely great stay at this condo! We really enjoyed the place for the time we were there. The best part was how close it was to the beach and also the view from the balcony out to the ocean, where we saw a couple very spectacular sunsets. My only complaint was the ceiling fan inside the bathroom, which the blades hit the door when turned on. I also nearly injured my hand badly putting on my t shirt and forgetting it was there and it was turned on, since no one in the mainland where were from has ever installed a ceiling fan inside the bathroom as far as I know. Anyways it was a great place to stay and we will be returning!

Ocean side escape

There were many things to enjoy about staying here. Going to sleep and waking to the sound of the surf, eating meals on the lanai watching the ocean, enjoying the beautiful views, the warm island breeze - all of these combined to make this the perfect place for our week in Kona. Plus the location was perfect for exploring the west side of the Big Island.

We have stayed at Kona Makai many trips to The Big Island. This was the first time in this condo. The unit is very well kept and the views from the lanai are spectacular. The grounds and the pool areas are beautiful.

Fantastic Location!

What a great time my husband and I had at this lovely and well-appointed condo at a beautiful ocean-front property. The grounds and spotlessly kept, and the sunset views from the lanai were outstanding. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit the Big Island!

Es ist wirklich eine traumhafte Anlage und eine wundervolle Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Es waren sogar Shampoo und Conditioner sowie Waschmittel und Spülmittel vorhanden. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Unterkunft.

Amazing view

This condo is beautiful, inside and out. There is a pool, hot tub, ping pong, workout room and ocean view. Has all the amenities of home.

Birthday weekend!!

This condo provided a perfect place to stay for a quiet birthday getaway. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo, Location, & View

We loved the updated condo with gorgeous views on both sides! Great balcony for morning coffee or tea. The location was perfect as a homebase for our adventures around the island. We’ll be back for more diving and hope to stay here again!

Best water view

Very clean, well appointed. Everything we needed. We come to Hawaii every year and the view from the veranda was awesome. I will definitely stay here again.

Oceanfront sunsets

Unit was very clean, had everything we could possibly need. Loved the location & grounds, was very quiet. Very happy with our choice.
