  • Bienvenido a Malulani Green Haven! Esta casa privada se encuentra en una cerrada, barrio tranquilo callejón sin salida en el corazón de Kailua-Kona. Podrá disfrutar de una de 180 grados espectacular vista al mar desde la terraza trasera y una vista de la montaña en el lado opuesto. La brisa fresca del océano que viene con la elevación hace que su estancia sea cómoda. La ubicación es una forma conveniente de 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, a cinco minutos en coche de la histórica ciudad y la playa, a pocos minutos en coche oa pie a las zonas comerciales con Safeway, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Costco y numerosos restaurantes.

    Usted tendrá el uso de tres dormitorios y dos baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, un armario y un vestidor en la zona de baño. El baño principal tiene una gran bañera de hidromasaje y doble lavabo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y un vestidor con cajones. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un armario con espejo. A su lado está el segundo cuarto de baño completo. Se le proporcionará con productos de baño y ropa de cama.

    El comedor es grande, con una mesa de comedor de cristal. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos pequeños, la cocina y utensilios para comer. Parrilla de la barbacoa es proporcionado por la terraza al lado de la pileta al aire libre. Hay un refrigerador grande, un horno de microondas y lavavajillas. TV por cable y wifi gratuito también están disponibles.

    La playa, como las arenas de magia está a cinco minutos en coche. Playa Hapuna, a varios cientos de yardas de suave arena blanca, es de unos treinta minutos en coche El agua clara ofrece una excelente natación, buceo o bodyboard cuando el oleaje recoge. Comfortable, clean, and convenient! Our host was a great communicator. We were very grateful for the ability to borrow the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc). The sunset view of the ocean was spectacular! We highly recommend this VRBO property!

Kona house

It was very nice 3 bedroom home in a gated community.It is very close to the Walmart area and an easy drive from the airport. We would stay here again.

The ocean view from this spacious house was beautiful. We watched the sunset from the lanai every night. Shops and restaurants were close by and beach chairs, towels and other gear were provided.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for my family. The house isn’t far from Ali’i drive, beaches, and the major stores. The evening sunset was wonderful! The host was very responsive and friendly. A great stay overall!

Great gathering space for my family during Ironman race week. The big tub was perfect for my recovery soak after the race. Views were beautiful, and the community fairly quiet. Pretty flower bushes. We even saw snails in the back yard. Owner was great to work with.

Perfect base for Big Island adventure

Such a wonderful place to be for island adventures. So close to the airport, close to the manta ray adventures and pickup for our Mauna Kea sunset adventure. The neighborhood was so quiet and the view was so beautiful. The layout was perfect for separating our family groups (us and our adult children). Our only regret was that we did not have more time to spend there.

Family vacation in Kona

This is a wondefully comfortable house with everything you might need. It is not downtown, which is to our liking, but has an expansive ocean view! We loved that it has seating for 6 since it sleeps 6 and even beach chairs and a cooler for use! Host is very responsive to requests and even met us stay a little longer on check out day! Would 100% recomend this place and stay here again if we come back to HI!

Beautiful and spacious home

We enjoyed our visit in Kona with our family. The couple of small issues were handled by the owners immediately, and we were very grateful for their speedy response. They went above and beyond by sending us a gift for NYE during our stay, which was lovely! Mahalo!

Nice stay

We had a wonderful stay. This house is located in a gated community, which is very quiet. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels and bedding. Josephine was very responsive to any of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this home for any families looking to stay in the Kona area. Very close to downtown Kona and a great central location.

Great vacation house

Josephine is so awesome. Very flexible and accommodating to our requests. The house has a fantastic view and is conveniently located. The kitchen has all the seasoning I need. We had a blast.

Exactly as Advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this house in Kailua-Kona. The house was exactly as advertised; the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, etc. We also loved coffee on the lanai for sunrise and drinks on the lanai for sunset. Josephine was extremely responsive and readily available,, and she even accommodated us with a late afternoon checkout. We'll stay here again next time we're in Kona.

Beautiful View

We loved the fresh mangos off the tree! I do wish the kitchen would have had some more amenities, but overall it was fine. I would have also liked a little more seating in the living room so everyone (6) could have sat and visited. We did have a wonderful time.

Quiet oasis in nice neighborhood on the hill

We stayed 3 nights. I really liked the neighborhood, very quiet, great views. This property is very roomy, nice layout. I loved the lanai. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with staples, which is nice. The furnishings are on the cheaper side. The patio couch is incredibly uncomfortable. Honestly just needs new cushions. Kitchen is a little beat up but nothing terrible. The best part is the location. It’s a short drive to Alii drive and downtown Kona but it is so nice to be out of the fray. Safeway is close, which is convenient. Good base for trip to Kona.

Allen vacation

We were here to have a relaxing time and see the sites/beaches/restaurants/hikes/parks - that we did. However, the house to us was not comfy. The couches were made up of a frame with particle board piece laying on top and cushion on top - very uncomfortable! This was the case for Both inside and outside furniture. Beds were very hard and not comfy. Pillows were ok. The only comfy place was out on the lanai, sitting on the tickets. E writhing else was clean - although the tiny single person shower in the massive master bath had us shaking our head as it was very claustrophobic. Lots of condiments and supplies along with very clean home was enjoyed by all.

Location, location!

We had a fabulous trip staying In Mululani Green Haven. It was so close to everything in Kona and the location allowed us to miss so much of the traffic that we had to navigate through the other time we came to the big island. The convenience to grocery, water refills at WalMart, and easy access to Ali'i drive made this a fantastic choice. The neighborhood was quiet and tidy. I can't say enough good things about it. Also having the space of 3 bedrooms was wonderful! The main suggestion I have is to replace screens and some of the windows. We tried not to use the A/C more than necessary, but because some of the windows were hard to open and the screens had holes, we weren't able to cool the house off enough at night, so we ended up closing it up before we went to bed and relying on the A/C. Also some of the blind slats would fall down when we opened or closed them, and we had to pop them back into place. Also one of the burners on the stove was broken. Overall, these were minor details and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Josephine was great! She checked on us and was responsive to questions. I loved working with her. We would stay again! Awesome views also, and the lanai was fairly private. Excellent overall.

Perfect family/group vacation home

I LOVED this house. When I was narrowing down my choices of where to stay, I had queried the owner about amenities and expected to hear back within 24 hours -- Josephine answered me in less than 20 minutes. On a Sunday morning. I booked with her right then and could not have been happier with my choice. The house is spacious, as are the patio and yard, with amazing views downslope to the ocean and up and down the coast. Sunsets to die for. My mom is a bird nut, so she had plenty of new ones to identify and observe (she'd never been to Hawaii). The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and every once in a while you're softly serenaded by someone's cow a block or two away at feeding time, which we thought was hilarious. Please keep in mind that this is someone's home and not one of the hotels out in town, so some of the towels and dishes don't match. Big whoop. But they have stocked it chock-full of every kitchen appliance you could need and there are beach supplies in the garage for your use. Overall, I can't say enough good things about our stay or the owner, who was lovely to deal with throughout. I will absolutely try to book my next big island trip to correspond with when this property is available!
