Direct oceanfront with A/C

Exquisite second floor oceanfront condo (no elevator). Enjoy watching dolphins, whales, and the beautiful sunset from a very private lanai, or listen to the calming sound of the surf while sipping a cup of Kona coffee at breakfast. Relax with the cooling ocean breeze. On warmer days, take advantage of the air conditioning installed throughout the condo. Get a good night rest in the master bedroom on the California King sized bed equipped with a premium organic Talalay latex mattress to maximize your comfort. We are sure you'll be pleased with the upgraded kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, teak lanai furniture, and much more. Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.

You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive from our condo. Located in Building One, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on the living room side, and bedrooms back into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Have a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.

For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a Graco crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, and assorted beach toys.

Free Fast Internet. Ease of check-in and added security as well for this unit. Go directly to the property with your own secure passcode.

The Sea Village Complex is committed to clean energy by utilizing the strong Hawaiian sun with a photovoltaic system that powers the pool and spa, as well as common area and garden lights. Recycling is also conveniently available on site to all the guests.

Wonderful Stay

This unit was my favorite place we stay on our last trip to Hawaii. The unit was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and grounds were very well taken care of with lots of parking. Would stay here again.

Amazing ocean front property

Very clean, well managed, feel very safe, very friendly people staying. Awesome views of the sunset, great pool, nice condo with all you need, beach equipment great, bbq very nice, great location, Safeway best for groceries, two step best snorkeling, lots of beaches close by and restaurants, for us nice to have a car to get around.

Wonderful ocean view and close to everything

We had a great stay at this condo. The view from the lanai is even better than pictured. The location is great, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to the major tourist attractions. Our host was a great communicator and check out was super easy! I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location and all the amenities

The ocean view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Plenty of amenities and family friendly. Our daughter enjoyed using the sand toys, boogie boards, and pool! Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at the Sea Village. My husband and I spent most nights sitting on the lanai playing games, having cocktails and watching the waves. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. It was very clean! Perfect location as well.

Wonderful condo - view says it all!

We loved staying at this location. The view was amazing, condo was exactly as advertised and Marta was fantastic to communicate with. Our only regret, we didn't stay longer! We would definitely come back and highly recommend!
