Great Condo

We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. Our unit was right on the ocean front as described. Very spacious with an assigned parking spot. Good location and very nice complex

Wonderful stay

We had an excellent stay. Everything we needed was in the condo. We enjoyed the great location and excellent ocean view. Many a sunset was enjoyed from the patio. Pool was warm and clean. The condo was super clean and a great spot for our family of 4.

Clean and spacious condo with awesome ocean views. Everything as described. Communicating with the host was easy and check in/out straightforward. Would stay there again without hesitation on our next trip to the Big Island.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on this property. This is our 2nd visit here but first time in 1602.Wounder full place with everything we can ask for was available. My husband is an avid golfer, and we all had a great time watching the par 3 12th hole. Our daughter and son-in-law with our 2 grandkids also love the perfect views and privacy tucked away. We plan to visit again

Ocean Front - Golf Course

Excellent golf course, ocean front location. Great sunsets from the large private deck. Well maintained, open feeling. No air conditioning, fans & cross ventilation. Could use a few more dishes. Other than that a well stocked kitchen. Great location, nearby restaurants & shopping. Great oceanfront pool. The owner is a real pleasure. We would like to stay here again when we’re on the Big Island

Great place, great views

We really enjoyed this unit. Situated at the 12th tee of the Kona country club with golf on the right and majestic ocean view in the left. Nice island breezes and fans kept us comfortable, the unit has been updated and has everything you need. The owner is friendly and welcoming which is so appreciated by us travelers.

kona getaway

Weve been coming to this proprty for years. This unit is the nicest and is affordable for the ocean and town view you get. We now live in Hilo and this is a nice getaway for us.

Wonderful stay!

Arrived to a wonderful fruit basket from local farmers market we ended up frequenting. Thanks Richard! Clean and comfy. Beautiful views. Grounds are well kept. Ocean pool was great for sunsets. Can't wait to come back!

tolle Wohnung

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir wurden mit frischen Früchten und Kaffee empfangen und hatte eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man benötigt, um den Urlaub zu genießen. Der Kontakt war auch ideal. Vielen Dank (Mahalo)

Lovely Stay

Everything was as advertised. Great location; Didn't need AC, fans did the job. We were very comfortable. Especially loved the welcoming fruit basket with names and explanations about each different fruit. We stayed three weeks and are both over 75 years of age.

Richards place was amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding, his cleaning people should be commended. Loved the lanai, super quiet community. Nice new beach chairs, cooler and umbrella available for use. Kitchen was very well stocked. I didn’t read in the posting that there was no a/c but that was my fault. Ceiling fans and standing fans throughout the unit. Beautiful ocean views. Directly on the golf course. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean condo , updated utensils , pots and pans , nice bath towels, big washer and dryer, well stocked with toilet paper , laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.. Beautiful sunset, watch the waves hitting against the rocks, watch canoes paddlers , watch the golfer in the morning sitting outside on the balcony.. Supermarket, L&L dinner , restaurant 1/2 mile up the road , easy to shop for food.. I really recommend this place will definitely return again.. Richard the owner very nice , helpful, friendly and kind. Mahalo Richard 🤙🏾🌺

Kona Condo Stay – A Memorable Visit with My Son

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a condo in Kona with my son, and while the trip started off a bit bumpy, it ended up being truly memorable.Upon arrival, our original unit had a few issues that made it less than ideal. Fortunately, the property owner, Richard was responsive and accommodating—after raising our concerns, he arranged a room change that made all the difference. The new unit was clean, well-stocked, and had the beautiful sunset views we were hoping for.While the initial hiccup wasn’t ideal, the way it was handled showed care and professionalism. I’m grateful we had the flexibility to switch rooms and make the most of our time together.Would I return? Absolutely—

Nice condo! We arrived late at night around 11pm. The security guard helped get us to our condo and check us in. The condo itself was well stocked and clean. The mattress in the bedroom was very firm, not something I would normally choose. The mattress on the Murphy bed was nice and comfortable, my son had a good sleep on this bed. The condo backs onto the golf course and you can see the sunset over the ocean from the patio. Beautiful location. Nice and quiet and away from the pool areas. There are three pools in this condo complex, one by the ocean, one by the main building and then one “quiet pool” located beside the tennis courts. They have pickle ball equipment you can rent from the main building for no charge- this was a nice touch. The grounds are kept really nice. Overall this condo complex and the unit itself was really nice! I would highly recommend. One thing to note is that there is no beach equipment in the unit. I have stayed in other condos that come with beach chairs, umbrella, bookie board etc. None of this was found in this unit. Also, the no A/C was not a problem. Lots of ceiling fans throughout.
