Què no li ha agradat: Personal i servei
The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach on a cliff. The food was very good although a bit expensive.
The “cabins” are just that. You can see through the wooden floors and there are gaps everywhere in the room. They don’t have the darkened curtains and the bathroom has bugs running around everywhere. They are likely ants but they are on the counters and literally all over.
The air conditioning barely worked and I had to sleep on the covers which led to numerous bites all over. I didn’t sleep at all between scratching and spraying bug spray while being extremely hot and sticky. The hotel told us that the air conditioning was fine-end of story. They didn’t seem empathetic that this was our last 3 nights in Bali before a long trip home to Canada .
We had no idea that these cabins weren’t insulated or sealed and that we would have little to no air conditioning.
The management has not as much as apologized or given us a refund and we are out 2 nights of hotel costs. In fact, no one seems to be able to reach management.
We are not fussy people and are truly disappointed and angry at tgis experience.
Not worth the money.
