Situated at the south end of the Omni Amelia Island Resort grounds, with direct beach access and heated pool, this well-appointed home is absolutely perfect for your next family vacation, romantic getaway, or ladies' weekend. The first thing you’ll notice when driving into this exclusive gated community is the abundance of stunning, old white oak trees and Spanish moss, which form canopies over the roads and bike paths of the community. You will immediately feel in close touch with nature. Convenient parking meets you at the Shipwatch complex, where you will take stairs up to your new home-away-from-home.



Entering through the kitchen, you are immediately greeted by a casual, open-concept layout, decorated in soothing natural tones and beach decor with plush, comfortable furnishings. This space is absolutely perfect for entertaining and enjoying quality time spent among friends and family. Massive windows, which look directly out onto the ocean and private balcony, let it an abundance of natural light. Enjoy watching the morning sunrise over the water, or, if you're not a morning person, relax and take in the sea breezes in the evening with incredible sunset views. Shipwatch #1365 includes two bedrooms, both of which offer comfortable beds and furnishings, premium linens, and updated televisions, as well as two spacious and updated bathrooms.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.



Just outside is the oceanfront heated pool (seasonally, October - February) and grilling area, just steps away from the beach. It is conveniently located close to the Omni Amelia Island Resort with a wide variety of dining and shops. After a busy day at the beach or the pool, stroll through the shops or spend some time at the full-spa facility. No matter the occasion, your party will undoubtedly plan future visits and create memories that will last a lifetime at the gorgeous Shipwatch complex.



Please note that accessing this condo does require walking up and down a minimum of half a flight of stairs.  While there is an elevator at Shipwatch, it only stops between floors, which means that being comfortable with steps is a must to enjoy your stay here.



Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.



All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.



Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.



Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.



All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.
