  • Esta unidad acogedora y cómoda es una de las dos unidades ubicadas en una casa privada en una zona residencial en el Océano Atlántico en Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Florida. Estas dos unidades, en el primer piso de esta casa, proporcionan un ambiente tranquilo y apacible lejos del ruido y la actividad de las vacaciones en hoteles o condominios.

    Los propietarios ocupan el segundo piso, están disponibles para cualquier asistencia, pero son completamente discretos. La segunda unidad en esta casa es de dos habitaciones y se puede ver en VRBO 221163. Alquilados juntos, se pueden alojar ocho invitados.     Cada unidad tiene su propia entrada privada, salidas, parrilla, porches cubiertos y terrazas.

    Ubicada en una tranquila zona residencial, esta unidad de un dormitorio y dos baños ofrece una escapada tranquila y relajante a una playa que nunca está abarrotada. Esta unidad fue completamente remodelada y cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos, muebles y bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal.

    El segundo baño está equipado con una ducha espaciosa ', las puertas corredizas de vidrio desde la sala de estar se abren a la zona de comedor / sala de estar cubierta al aire libre. El solárium adjunto conduce al paseo protector de la playa.

Great location… just a quick walk over the dune to the uncrowded beach. It was a quick drive to nearby seafood restaurants and downtown shops. The accommodations were comfy - just right for a couples trip!

Such a beautiful place! We enjoyed it immensely & looking forward to forward to future trips. Going to try to book the entire downstairs for a family trip in 2027. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect hideaway!

This was our third time enjoying our stay here. The apartment is in an awesome location with the beach just outside the back patio. Literally walk out the back door and onto the beach walkover. We had our small Chihuahua with us which she loved the place too. The check in and check out process is easy and stress free.

Everything was as advertised! Brenda and Jim have a great place and are very accommodating hosts. More than dog friendly, they are dog-centric!! Probably our best stay over the last six years.

Another relaxing stay in Fernandina Beach! I have stayed at Jim & Brenda;s Pelican unit in the past. This is just a wonderful place. Very quaint but with everything you need. Right on the beach. The back deck, sun loungers, fire pit and walkway to the beach are done very well. My favorite place to stay when the area.

Such a peaceful place. Thrilled to have fenced, pet area for our small dog to visit. Check out the mural as you walk into this haven. It's like staying with a good friend. Had books galore. Such a joy to find a place that truly has everything you need! And lots of things you'll want. Even special flashlights to avoid disturbing nesting turtles. Keep an eye out for cute sand bunnies on the boardwalk! We'll be back soon.

We loved being steps away from the lovely beach. The apartment was so cute, comfortable and close to restaurants. Loads of towels, nice beach chairs and a super comfortable bed. Brenda was readily accessible when we had a question. Just a very enjoyable visit.

The property is very accommodating, pet friendly, clean, and convenient. The apartment has a beach vibe and you feel at home. Beach access is very easy. The property has been improved through the years. The host is available if needed, but never bothers you. This is my favorite place to stay in Fernandina.

We loved the place. Everything was at our disposal and thoughtfully laid out. We will definitely be back. The sunrises were gorgeous and shelling on the beach was so much fun. We loved the beautiful decor!

Perfect beach set up for two people. Wonderful ocean breezes while enjoying the covered lanai were a high point. Place was nice and clean and has everything you need appliance and utensil wise. The owners are present and friendly (living in the unit upstairs) but go out of their way leave renters alone but are available if needed for questions or assistance. Great rental !!
