YOUR OWN PRIVATE BACKYARD RESORT

Vacation days revolve around the backyard at Pickleball Point. Start the morning with coffee by the pool, challenge the family to a pickleball tournament, cool off with a swim, then gather under the pavilion for lunch and afternoon relaxation.



As evening arrives, enjoy dinner outdoors, play a few holes on the putting green, and end the day around the fire pit beneath glowing string lights. With multiple seating areas and room to spread out, everyone can find their favorite place to unwind.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

The open floor plan connects the living room, dining area (with seating for 6) , and kitchen with island (with seating for 3), making it easy to gather after a day at the beach or by the pool.



Comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and thoughtful design touches create a relaxing retreat you'll look forward to returning to each evening.

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless appliances, a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
