  • Come watch the amazing sights of dolphins frolicking and birds dancing on the water from this spacious and beautiful, recently remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home in gorgeous Fernandina Beach!

    This home has been recently updated with new paint throughout the interior and exterior of the home, new wood flooring, new back deck and new furnishings!

    Come enjoy the spectacular scenery of the ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen areas as well as ample space outside for casual dining on the newly replaced lower deck and an upper deck area "Crow's Nest" where you can bask in the Florida sun while relaxing on chaise loungers and enjoying the ocean breeze!

    There is a large kitchen for preparing meals for the family or guests. This wonderful kitchen is fully stocked and has all new stainless-steel appliances as well as a great breakfast bar area with seating for 5!

    In addition to the seating of the breakfast bar, there is even more seating in the dining area with a spacious dining room table and 10 colorful and fun chairs while enjoying the oceanfront views!

    There are 4 spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a king size bed with adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds with chest of drawers for clothes storage. The third bedroom hosts a queen bed and with a large closet for storage. There is also another full hall bathroom and a 1/2 bath available. The fourth and final bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining full bathroom including a soaking tub!

    This home is surrounded by a large grassy area and outdoor shower for guests to enjoy as well as a huge, recently replaced back deck and boardwalk leading to the ocean!

    This home has everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation with family and friends! Whether you choose to explore Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, sunbathe on the decks or venture out for a day at the beach, we look forward to your visit!

This trip was our second - as a group of ladies who travel together annually - to this beautiful beachfront home. The layout allows enough space for everyone and the beachfront location cannot be beat. Everything is super clean and exactly as described.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely chose this home for another vacation. The property was well equipped and spacious. It was evident the home has been well cared for. Amazing sunrise views in the morning!

Great house! We really enjoyed our stay over New Year's. Perfect location with direct access to beach- made getting to the beach with littles very easy. Super clean and well equipped kitchen. We would definitely come back!

Great say for Georgia Florida weekend

Nice place with a great location and nice beach down the walkway. Just down from The Surf which is a nice restaurant and short drive to Sliders as well.

Great Rental …

Down for a short Fall Break trip with daughter & her family….this rental was nice, centrally located, very well equipped kitchen and use of Beach chairs was a major plus !

The house is awesome! Exactly as advertised! We were very pleased. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great, the private beach was Heaven!

Fully appointed rental with space for 8 people. Kitchen had all needed utensils, cookware and drinking glasses. Towels, toiletries etc. were all good. The only issue we had was the shower in the bathroom with the hot tub never got hot. The knob is broken so you get lukewarm water at best - necessitating that person to share another bathroom for showers. Access to the beach is easy and it was fun to see the bunnies and turtles in the back yard. Crows nest was a great place to hang out and the home has plenty of space in the dining room for everyone to eat. We would go back.
