I arrived 4 hours earlier to our place. I messaged the host and asked if I could get in early. He messaged me right back and said the place was ready for me. That was huge.so appreciated. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The pool and beach is just steps away. I recommend this to anyone who needs a relaxed vacation!

Very high standards and so happy with rental

This was my second trip to Mayo and my first time at this rental. It was awesome. Location, cleanliness, extra perks (beach chairs, cooler, body boards)… made the trip stress free for my husband and daughter while I was at appointments. Highly recommend and we will return to this rental onfuture stays.

Easy Stay and Location

The overall experience was great. Check-in and access to the place was easy. Inside was clean and modern. It literally was a 30 yard walk to the beach path over the dunes. The beach area was relatively uncrowded compared to closer to the pier. Easy access to JAX Beach shopping and Atlantic Beach shopping. Pool was clean. We would happily stay there again.The one piece of info to know is that to get to the upstairs from the inside you go up a narrow spiral metal staircase. If you are large or have balance issues, it would be difficult. You can access the upstairs from the outside porch via a regular staircase, however.

Hidden Gem!

This is an amazing rental. First, the owners are quick to answers any questions or concerns (which I had none). The rental is very clean and well stocked with any needed items you may need for your stay. Beach access is a quick 100 yard walk across the gated parking lot. Walking distance to 5 or 6 great restaurants / pubs. Overall if I could have given 10 stars I would have.

Excellent space and location

My husband and I traveled to Jacksonville beach a few weeks after Christmas to visit my daughter who couldn’t come home for the holidays. This condo was ideal for our short visit. The location was perfect in relationship to my daughter and other places we might need to go- restaurants, drug stores, gas, and of course the beach. We did have use of my daughter’s car but if we had needed to walk, everything was close by. The Atlantic beach was just a block away. The space was clean and well equipped with the necessities we required, coffee makes, sugar, dishes, utensils, shampoo/ conditioner, blow dryer (that was actually decent! I plan on returning in the spring with my two grandkids and will definitely search this place out. Everything was a seamless process and fortunately I didn’t need to bother them for anything. I highly recommend this place. Melissa

Girls Shopping Trip 2024

This property was great!! It has been redone beautifully The only drawback is it isn't facing the beach, but that was our fault for not paying attention to that when booking. It is a fabulous condo! There is also a sweet lady that actually lives next door, so she can give you great advice on restaurants etc!!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!

Pure Comfort

We could not have been happier with the property. For the last two years we’ve ended up coming to Jax Beach twice a year and have yet to stay somewhere that we would 100% come back to, until now! The home itself was so clean and stocked with anything we could need. Being in a gated community was a nice touch. The location is great and we were able to walk to get our coffee and dinners. Gary & Rachael’s communication was great! 10/10 experience all around!

Review of my 2 day stay

The condo was clean and updated. Access to the beach was great. The beach amenities in condo were convenient. Communication with owner was easy thru the VRBO app. The binder with food selections was helpful. The bed is abit too firm for my liking. The ac unit filters needed to be clean Some improvement in the weather stripping around the doors is needed for drafts. The winding staircase could be an issue if you have balance issue. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the future.
