- Undisclosed pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of rent
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay
- Check-in: 4 PM
- Check-out: 10 AM
- All guests must be registered. Unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent.
