You should have knowledge how to use Apple technology because everything in your room is run off an iPad. Staff is available but you’re expected to check in/out on your own. Shower and toilet in one space so dry off well in the shower before you get out or follow after your husband with towels so no one slips in the room … that’s how tight the floor space is. Lol. "Looked like the apartment has been through it. It was rough looking. I had also called for a new shower liner since the one there was dirty but no one ever brought one. So yes, lacking staff support and place seemed neglected."

"Beautiful hotel but you can’t tell from the outside. Great for pre-cruise. Large spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet spread. Luxurious amenities. Only a rainfall shower but it worked great & nice hot water to counter the AC. Regular shuttle for $12 to the port & breakfast opened at 7 which was perfect for me after waking early with jet lag."

"The hotel is in a good area because you are close to many places you might want to visit. However, the rooms inside are extremely small compared to what they show in the photos. The bathrooms are shared with other guests, which I did not like, and the description did not clearly specify that. I’m sorry, but in my opinion it would be a 5 out of 10, although the service staff were attentive despite everything."

"The room needs updating they charged out card twice even though my sister in law gave her card for the 100 deposit. The garden was pretty. There were no amenities besides the garden. I think evertihng can be improved."

"It was clean. There was the bare minimum, if that, provided. There was one roll of toilet paper provided for 6 people staying there. One of the beds only had a fitted sheet on the mattress, no fitted sheet and no blanket. There were only sheets on the other beds. There were 2 blankets provided for 4 beds. There was one roll of paper towels and no extra trash bags. We communicated to the owner about the TP and bedding issues, with no response. The neighborhood is also a bit sketchy. There is a...
