Paradise Pool House has a year-round heated private pool and is located on the east side of the resort with unobstructed views of Snow Canyon State Park from the pool, patio and balcony.
The luxury private amenities are the shining star features of this home. Bring up to 28 people with you to enjoy a private swimming pool, hot tub, a custom movie theater, games and MUCH more. Treat yourself to poolside s'mores over the large fire pit or fire up the built-in grill for a BBQ dinner. While you'll definitely want to spend some evenings enjoying the outdoor amenities, don't miss out on a movie or game night in the basement. Enjoy the 110" screen, surround sound, and comfortable sectional sofa seating. As if that wasn't enough, there's still much more fun to be had at this home with plenty of indoor games. The home needs maintenance. We had to replace the flush plug on the toilet due to no response. The downstairs needed a deep vacuuming. That is just for starters. We came home from dinner and found a dead mouse at the bottom of the stairwell. The carpets need cleaning. However, the pool was well maintained, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We won't be staying there again.

We had a great experience staying here! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The homeowner was very responsive and available during our stay to quickly take care of a couple of minor issues, which we really appreciated. Overall, it made for a smooth and enjoyable trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Host extremely helpful and responsive leading up to the trip and during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed for assorted menus. Loved having a quiet private pool in addition to the community pool. We will definitely go again.

Great for large groups!

We had a fantastic time overall. The pool was great for the younger kids and the older kids loved being able to go to the larger community pool. House was really spacious for. Our group of 25. Some things didn’t work perfectly, but overall was very well maintained and the host was willing to do whatever to make sure the stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend

Buddy golf trip

Our fifth trip to St George area. We usually have stayed central in Washington, but this worked out fine. Nice having a Harmon’s grocery nearby.

Perfect for a large group

Loved the large areas where we could gather together AND the many bedrooms and bathrooms that allowed for privacy as well. Pool was perfect. Plenty of seating inside and out. Beautiful views.

Great stay with large family group

We stayed at the property in mid March 2025 and had an excellent time. The amenities were wonderful and the house layout was great for our group of 9 adults and 1 baby. Many nice areas to hang out together and the ping pong table was a big hit. Nice heated private pool and great location to all the activities we enjoyed including the Black Desert Golf Course, Snow Canyon, and Zion.

Great House

The home was exactly as stated in the listing. Plenty of space for our group of 16. Everyone enjoyed the plentiful activities, the theater room, PS4 and the surrounding area.Communication with the owners was quick and they were very accommodating to our schedule.

So much space

This space was just as advertised. It has so much gathering space and a huge space to prepare and eat meals. The private pool was a hit with all of the kids. We also loved the little water park in the community. Sleeping spaces were perfect for our group of 27.

Amazing Home for Family Reunion!

The home is beautiful and accommodated our group of 16 comfortably (with beds leftover). The adults especially enjoyed having their own bedrooms with ensuite baths. The kids and adults enjoyed the backyard pool as well as the two additional community pools. We will definitely book this home again when we get a large group together. Alma, the owner, was so helpful and allowed us to check in early--what a gift!

Family trip

Loved the home very spacious for big family. Lots of things to enjoy in the home as well as in the community. Pool and backyard a little smaller that we imagine but kids still loved it. Water fountains at pool didn’t work very good. I gave 4 stars in cleanliness because there were lots of crumbs under couch cushions and pull out beds in couch were not very clean.

Great family getaway

Great large home with plenty of bedrooms and family gathering areas. Huge kitchen and dining areas. Best part was having our own pool! The water was warm and the pool was clean. The outside covered patio could use a good power wash but we had shade when our bodies needed it and ended the last nights with S’mores, malts/shakes and popsicles. What a life 😎

Family vacation:

This home is awesome. There were 22 of us and 5 households. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. This home is great for a big family. We had 13 kids and this home was big enough to really enjoy a vacation. The pool was so nice and the community pool and pickleball courts were so nice. We had a blast!

Perfect Extended Family Home

We were delighted at how responsive the owner was, from 3 months prior to our stay until after we had gone. He bent over backwards to get us in early to the property and answered all our questions during our stay. The property is designed perfectly to allow complete families to have privacy with a central living room on each of the three floors. Five families and 12 children all had fun!! The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and easy to use, which we did every night. The variety of games, ping-pong, hockey, foosball, etc kept everyone busy. And the 10 bed bunk-beds in one room were perfect for the cousins. All amenities were well thought out to meet the needs of babies to grandparents—including a kitchen table for about 24 people—amazing!! Perfect home in a perfect location!! Thank you!!

Great PreThanksgiving Get Away

Given the makeup of our family (kids,grandkids, and grandparents.) This was an excellent set up. The grandkids used the private pool, much more than the water park. Both are excellent amenities. We adults enjoyed hanging in the hot tub and lounging by the pool and fire 🔥 pit. Plenty of games. Seating handled our big crowd and sleeping arrangements worked great with 2 bunk rooms and 4 Master suites. One minor problem was handled quickly without hesitation.
