Everything was so clean and set up so perfectly for us! We loved our stay! The hot tub in the back worked perfectly, the air conditioning in the home was plenty strong and kept us cool despite the hot weather, and the instructions and access to the resort pool and lazy river was easy and so much fun! I seriously cannot think of anything that caused us an inconvenience.

Loved it

Loved it. Location is great. We rode our bikes from snow canyon back to the resort. Santa Clara has bike paths everywhere. Close to Harmony for groceries. Kids loved the slide and lazy river. Pool was too cold for me to get in but I liked the hot tub.

Perfect for our mixed group.

This house worked so well for our family. Enough bathrooms for the adults and a big space for all the kids. Bonus pool area for everyone to enjoy and bike rentals made a special memory for all of us. The kids laughed and giggled all the way up and down Snow Canyon. We will be back again at the request of everyone.

Spectacular “Homebase”

Great house for family vacation. Convenient to Zion National Park, great golf, incredible hiking and of course great weather! This was our first visit to St. George and we loved it other than relatively limited good restaurants. Highly recommended stay at Arcadia!

Perfect location in the resort

Loved staying at this property. Convenient to the clubhouse and near by facilities. Property was clean, well stocked with appliance. Only had to get paper towels and toilet paper a few days into the week. Would stay here again!

Week in SW Utah

House felt very new and clean. Really spacious. We are a family of 6 and we still had a bedroom we didnt even go into. Great location near Snow Canyon. There is a new supermarket 2 min away but most other stuff is a longer drive. But the benefit there is that the scenery and surrounding areas are beautiful. The views from the deck and ground floor are breathtaking, but will be somewhat blocked soon by new development. And on that development... It was advertised that there was new development down the block from this house. During our stay, there was work being done on all 4 sides of the house, starting early AM (7/7:30). Every time we needed to back out of the driveway, some construction crew would have to shift over. It wasn't a huge deal, but we did feel that there was some misinformation in the posting about how close this work was. The work is also just starting, so this will likely be the case through 2021. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The construction was an annoyance, but did not take away from how great this property was otherwise. Would definitely stay here again, just would wait until 2022.
