Isla Mujeres has one of the world's most beautiful beaches with clear and turquoise water and white sand. Ocean Dreams is our brand-new condo built in 2023 with stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. With a modern décor, plenty of seating, and a kitchen with all the appliances and cooking supplies you may need, this can be your home away from home.

As a guest, you can enjoy full condo to yourself.

Self-check-in is a breeze using the Smart lock and no key to lose.


The condo is located facing the Gulf of Mexico in the north side of the island. It is a 7-minute walk from the ferry dock. It is within walking distance to everything. If you do have more than a few days, we do recommend renting a golf cart for 1 or 2 days to explore the far side of the island.


As a guest, you can enjoy full condo to yourself.

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆

You’ll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable furnishings designed to encourage great sleep every night of your stay. The primary bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, a Smart HDTV, two comfortable chairs, a walk-in closet, your private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony.

Make your way into the second bedroom, where you’ll find a king-sized bed, Smart HDTV, and a closet.

The third bedroom is perfect for anyone who loves video games, as it features a new Play Station 4, a queen bed, and two bean bag chairs. This bedroom also has a pull-out full bed form under the queen bed.

A second full bathroom serves the common areas and two bedrooms. It has a great walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Need to keep your clothes clean? You’ll find a full-service laundry mat 1-minute walk from the condo. They offer same-day service and are very reasonable with pricing by the KG.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

As you step into the home, a beautiful sitting area awaits you. Outfitted with modern sofas, comfortable chairs, 2 small tables, and a Smart TV, it offers plenty of seating. This is the perfect place to lounge and enjoy quality time with your whole family after a long day. You may prefer to watch the Ocean as the views are stunning, and with enough patience, you can see whales or dolphins jumping in the Ocean.

If you can’t agree on what to watch on the TV, there are four smart TVs in the house. Connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy endless streaming. However, watching the Ocean over a beer or glass of wine is a better option.

Make delicious meals in the elegant kitchen, equipped with stainless-steel appliances, dishes, and cookware you’ll need during your stay. Many extras not included in most homes, such as a rice maker, pancake maker, air fryer, coffee grinder, etc. You’ll love the amount of cabinet and counter space, making it easy to store all your groceries.

The modern dining area offers a bright and relaxing place to enjoy your meal. There are six seats located around the table and a bar area with wine glasses, margarita glasses, and even glasses for your favorite brandy.

The ocean view from the balcony is fantastic. The balcony has a small table with 4 chairs and two sets of 2 tables and a chair. Yes – everyone can hang out on the balcony.

If you are working remotely, no worries, as the wifi is strong enough for a Zoom meeting from the balcony. But we recommend minimizing these.

The condo is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything on the island's north side.

Perfectly equipped condo for a family vacation

Great place, even better than the pictures! Clean, new, fully equipped with everything you could want and more. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was set up with everything you need to cook for a family, plus. There were beach towels and umbrella, chairs, etc for use, comfortable furniture on the balcony to chill and watch the waves, The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful with hints and tips about the island. We put this at the top of our vacation rental experiences. Don‘t hesitate to rent this top-notch accommodation.

Heaven on earth

We loved everything about Dreams and IM. Everything is within walking distance, such a cute comfy condo. I already miss the super comfy beds and listening to the waves and I only left a few hours ago. Kate and Alex were so responsive to my every question. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect stay

This was an excellent location for a stay in Isla. Walk to Hidalgo Street for dinner every night. Walk to the beach. Take a golf cart to pickleball each morning… on the south side of the island. The accommodations were top notch. The condo was really nice and like new. The patio was great. The pool was perfect with comfortable lounges and umbrellas. We would rent here again!

Lovely condo in a perfect location!

This was our second trip to Isla, first time was 9 years ago & we stayed on the south end of the island. The south end is beautiful, however a bit inconvenient. This visit I knew we wanted to stay on the north end of the island, close to downtown. This condo was the perfect location! Close to everything the downtown has to offer with an amazing ocean front view. We traveled with my 2 daughters & their husbands. The condo was perfect for 3 couples, each having their own space plus a very comfortable common area with the living room, dining room kitchen area. The hosts were outstanding answering all my questions promptly…..even the really stupid ones lol! If we ever get back to Isla again we would definitely love another stay. I highly recommend OceanDreams and hope you love Isla as much as we did!!

Great spot

We have been to Isla many times. Ocean Dreams is by far the nicest place we've stayed with a wonderful view and location. It would be easy to just hang out on the balcony and people watch. The beds are very comfortable with good pillows and the unit is well appointed. We even found a spray (WD-40 type) lubricant to quiet a couple of squeaky doors. There is no housekeeping service but there were plenty of provisions. The water, coffee, sugar, etc. was nice to have. The beach club discount was a plus and the "Guide" our hosts provided was very handy. We would definitely stay again.

This property was PERFECT for our family wedding trip. Alex and team were incredibly responsive and helpful! The place was clean and incredibly well stocked. Close enough to walk to amazing foods and Playa Norte. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great condo with amazing sunrises!

Loved our stay at Oceandreams! The location was great. We walked to all our favorite restaurants and even found some new ones. We had never stayed on the East side of the island but found that we loved watching the sun rise every morning. This condo had a great balcony we could relax and enjoy them every morning. The condo was very clean and was well furnished. The hosts were very responsive and were great to work with. We would stay here again on future visits!

Wonderful Stay!

The property management was very responsive! We had travel changes and since they had availability, they allowed us to check in early on Christmas Day. They checked in throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for the extra thoughtful touches, this is the place!!

We were very impressed with our week stay at the Ocean Dreams condo. It was so well equipped, it had everything and more than what we needed to enjoy our vacation. A dream home. Paradise

We stayed for four days, the house has a magical view, the hosts Alex is fast in responding to questions and concerns, we had a small situation with running water but it was resolved within minutes. The home is equipped with everything you need and more. Completely worth every Penny. We were there during a cyclone and felt very safe since the house has hurricane safety curtains. we did not use them but felt comfortable knowing they were there. No complaints at all! Excellent service, wonderful experience.

Relaxing Vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. The place was beautiful and in a very convenient location. My 14 and 17 year old enjoyed having their own bedrooms and the condo has everything you would need. The beaches are amazing and my family had a great week in Isla Mujeres. I would highly recommend this property and hopefully, we'll be back.

Awesome house/location

We have stayed in Isla multiple times and this is by far our favorite place to stay so far! The house is beautiful and has everything u need for the beach which is a huge plus for us. The location is right by downtown and the beach, u could walk to both. I will definitely plan on staying here again!

Fantastic Property

This property and the people who own it, are absolutely fantastic! Our family came here over New Year’s to relax and experience the island, and it over delivered. The property is in a quiet location near the ocean with great views but provides quick and easy access to the downtown experience. You have extremely easy access to the beach, banks for currency exchanges, great restaurants/bars, as well as liquor/grocery stores. The condo is very spacious, and all necessities are provided, even a 5 Gallon filtered water tap which was great to have. The owners also provide a great welcome packet for recommendations in the area. If you have never been to the island, we recommend renting a golf cart for a day or two to see the sites, but certainly not necessary as everything you need is within a 5-minute walk. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful place!

I really loved staying at this property. The location of this place is perfect walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and close to the beaches. The best part was waking up every morning to see and hear the ocean waves right outside your window. Highly recommend this place, and would definitely love to come back again. Perfect Location

Our stay was excellent, the location is right on the Malecon. Close proximity to North Beach and lots of delicious restaurants. The place was clean and very spacious. Alex was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again in the future.
