He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. "Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was ich benötigte. Die Lage ist zugleich wunderschön, wie beschwerlich. Mitten im Zentrum und zwischen Fußgängerzone und Fluss gelegen. Der Nachteil daran ist, dass man mit dem Auto nicht ganz ranfahren kann und sich umliegend in ein Parkhaus einmieten muss. Mit viel Gepäck ist es dann doch umständlich. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war super und mit einer tollen Bedienung. Die Rezeption immer...

"Das Hotel liegt gleich an der Grenze zu Basel, ist aber deutlich günstiger. Tram fährt vor dem Hotel ab. Parkmöglichkriten mit Parkhaus im Gebäude."

"Mal wieder eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Reifepanne und konnten nicht pünktlich auschecken. Es wurde uns angeboten länger kostenfrei im Zimmer zu bleiben. Wir bekamen bei der Abreise noch Frühstück und einen Kaffee „to Go“ obwohl die Küche schon geschlossen hatte. Vielen Dank dafür."
