  • ***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, swimming in the ocean is not advised at this time. The water is tested for bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the ocean has been closed from the border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity you are looking for, I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

    This two bedroom, two bath corner condo is right on the sands of Imperial Beach in sunny San Diego. The condo boasts stunning views of Coronado and the Downtown San Diego skyline. Enjoy the complex's pool/spa after a fun day out exploring. The flourishing neighborhood of Imperial Beach Jo is teeming with restaurants and shops and just a short drive to San Diego's other vibrant neighborhoods. The world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Petco Park, Balboa Park and many other exciting attractions are about 20 minutes away by car or ride share. The unit is fully stocked with linens, pots and pans, and a keurig coffee maker. There are two parking spots in a gated garage with elevator access from the garage to the top floor of the building. Self check-in via a lock box allows for flexibility.

Great beach view from the balcony of this condo. And the sunsets were spectacular. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive when a solved a problem super quick. Having 2 available parking spaces was a huge bonus. (As were the community carts/baskets to use for transporting our stuff to the condo from the parking area.)

The place was beautiful. The only issue i had was the beach had signs that said toxic waste. Do not swim. The whole point of a place on the beach was to enjoy the water with the kids.

We enjoyed ourselves so much at this property. The apartment was very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, and a good view of the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice apartment with beach decoration in a silent and very clean complex with pool, whirlpool and barbecue place. The beach is in front of the building and the view from the living room and balcony is amazing. Small shops and dining options are in walking distance. The landlord is very welcoming.

Wonderful property

Thoroughly enjoyed property on beach and the hot tub. Also enjoyed the whole Imperial Beach atmosphere. Bonus was a VW car show on Sunday!
