"The Colts Neck Inn Is nostalgic, it has the look of the past, while incorporating the present. The inn is located against Route 34 and County Road 537, the intersection is loud and busy. My room was up against the highway, it was not tranquil, it was anxiety ridden, and falling asleep impossible. The room was cold, no carpets around the bed, lament flooring, the bathroom had marble flooring, the heat was limited, unless you turned it on HIGH. A beautiful entrance way led to cold modern rooms....

"The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115."

"It was a last minute booking. I arrived to the front desk. An adult welcomed me and said- well this is the last room we have just released. Good. Check in and of to the room. It is midnight by this time. I found the room, opened the door and the this sharp uncomfortable scent just hit me in the face. I looked to see where ac was to hopefuly move the air around. "Very little for breakfast.. no hot food only cereal bagels and fruits"

"Desk staff was very friendly. My daughter had dance competition that weekend and i checked in late that night it was clean and quiet loved it. Next morning breakfast was decent just wish they had yogurt but everything else was fine. They had pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, and cinnamon rolls. Check out was a breeze. "

"This is our second time staying here within a year. We were here last year for our son's basketball tournament. Faye, who checked, us in was super helpful, patient and bubbly despite the hordes of people checking in. We travel a lot and find that people aren't always hospitable. Faye was awesome.
