Hyannis Condo w/ Pool Next to the Beach! Available Year Round!

Looking for the perfect Cape Cod getaway with ocean views, close beach access, a pool and all the excitement of downtown minutes away? Look no further: welcome to unit 5B at The Breakwaters! Located at 432 Sea Street in Hyannis, The Breakwaters is a small collection of condos tucked by the ocean. This property gives you everything you need for a fabulous vacation or work stay and more.

This end unit condominium features a bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a queen pull out couch, a kitchen, a full bathroom and water view deck. The condo can sleep 4 comfortably. The deck at the home has a dining table and an umbrella for shade on those hot days. The unit has a ductless AC unit in the main area and in the bedroom to keep you cool on those balmy nights. The unit comes with all linens and towels provided, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. Propane grill, cable TV and Wi-Fi are of course included too.

Located just 350 feet from the path to Keyes Memorial Beach you and your guests will spend the day sunning and swimming. After the beach you can come back and hop in the pool at the complex! In 2025, The pool is open Mid-June through Labor Day, 7 days a week and there is a lifeguard on the property during operating hours. If you are curious if the pool will be open for your dates please inquire.

Main Street Hyannis is just .8 miles away, featuring dozens of shopping and dining options. The walk along Sea Street is lit up at night by street lamps and has a sidewalk, making traveling back and forth to dinner a breeze. The location is close to Cape Cod Hospital (1.8 miles), the island ferries (1.3) miles and Cape Cod Gateway Airport (2.5 miles) making it a great option for visitors year round.

Reserved parking for one car plus is guaranteed plus guest parking is usually available. This condo is available for rentals year round. 7 night minimum rentals in the peak season, Sat. to Sat. only. 3 and 4 night minimum rentals available in the shoulder and off seasons. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-$250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

Perfect Stay

The property is accommodating, comfortable and in a perfect location—only steps to a small but ample beach. Square footage is small but there is enough space in the kitchen and bath to be very serviceable and the unit does not feel cramped at all. The decor is tasteful and elevated in its simplicity. We LOVED our stay here.

Enjoyed the spot. i wish there was an outdoor shower or a hose to keep the sand inside to a minimum. also, it would have been nice to have access to the pool outside of the listed hours - an early morning or late evening swim would have been nice.

Great location! Clean. Wish they had window air conditioning. Adam-property management responded quickly and was there to greet us when we arrived. Great time! Short walk to beach and pool. Beach and pool was quiet and relaxing. Rob from the pool have great dining recommendations.

August stay

Lovely week at the condo. Perfect size for our family of 4. Very close to the beach and also the pool. All clean and Adam was very communicative when we had small issues with the lock & stove. Nice 20min walk into town. Poss like the pool to open earlier in the morning 11am currently). Would recommend this holiday rental.

very enjoyable

Our condo felt a bit small for the two of us, but overall it worked just fine. The unit was equipped with just about everything one could possibly need, both in the kitchen area and the closet with beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of towels etc. The porch was lovely. I just wish the whole place was air conditioned, not just the bedroom.

Quiet Area, Yet Close to Everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've had some pretty bad experiences, so I was nervous about taking this leap of faith, especially since it was a duplex rental & you never know who is going to be your "neighbors". I am SO HAPPY we selected this rental! I knew it was small, but the space was well utilized so we were comfortable the entire time. I love to cook, so I struggled with the tiny amount of counter space, but we managed OK. Very comfy sofa, loved the vintage maple drop leaf table & REALLY loved the closet space. Our grandchildren spent 2 nights with us & we were still quite comfy in the space. They loved the beach at the end of the street. We also really liked our "neighbors" the first week. No judgment on the folks during week 2, as they kept to themselves. We ran into a couple maintenance issues which garnered a prompt follow-up & an immediate response/solution. Adam was AWESOME! He was patient with my litany of questions & addressed my concerns in a pleasant, professional manner. The portable AC in the BR was inadequate - I would recommend a wall-mounted split A/C.
