Welcome to Sand Hollow Hangout! This brand-new home has everything you’ll need for a perfect getaway with friends and family! Designed to be the premier “hangout” spot, our home is great for large groups, has one of the best views in the Sand Hollow area, and is near to all the amenities Southern Utah has to offer!

The Hangout is a 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home complete with a bunk room, game room, and private pool and can comfortably sleep 24+ people. Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and 65-inch smart TV. There are 2 master bedrooms and the bunkroom also have loft areas that can be used for additional sleep areas (kids' mattress pads are included). Made for entertainment, the upstairs game room has a full-size slate pool table, a foosball table, board games, and a 75-inch smart TV. The game room leads out to a spacious outdoor balcony fully furnished with patio lounge furniture and a spiral staircase leading down to the pool area for your group to enjoy. Not to mention the views from the game room and the 2nd story balcony are spectacular! Outside on the main level courtyard, you will find a private pool (heated in the winter to your liking), pool loungers, an outdoor dining table, BBQ, an outdoor 65-inch smart TV, and plenty of sitting to enjoy the gas fire pit-all while taking in the beautiful views of Utah’s majestic red mountains. The Hangout has ample on-site parking including a 2-car garage and a large concrete pad designed specifically for extra on-site parking with room for trailer parking. In the main area of the house, you will find an open-concept living room with a leather sectional, 75-inch smart TV, a large dining table and island with ample seating for your group, and a fully stocked kitchen (including an under-the-counter ice maker!). The Hangout is a couple-minute walk down the street from the resort’s clubhouse which includes the resort’s full-size swimming pool, a lap pool, a splash pad, and a 30+ person jacuzzi! The resort also includes pickleball courts and a large grass area-perfect for group games and picnics!

Access to the home is the garage and front door. Code will be given during the booking

While you are out, please lock the home and use all energy-saving measures.
Checkout is at 11 a.m. on the day of departure
If you move furniture, please return it to the correct spot. If the garbage fills during your stay, garbage bags are under the sink.
If you spill water outside the shower, please wipe it up. A puddle of water can cause damage over time and become a hazard. Please don't flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper.
