"We were lucky enough to arrive on a bright, sunny day, highlighting the beautiful view from the Seamill Hydro, which was a great start. We checked in slightly early to be told that our room was already available so we were able to unpack abd then make the most of the swimming pool, before getting ready for dinner. "My daughter and I stayed the night before a baton competition. Breakfast was nice and early, served efficiently and very tasty. But the room was absolutely amazing. It felt more of a suit than a room. The bed was huge and comfy and we watched a movie on the sofa. Overall I would stay again. I got an excellent deal but the full price is very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. "

"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that.
