Completely remodeled from studs up; everything is new! We may not agree on politics but we can agree that The White House is stunning! This amazing beach home has everything you could imagine to enjoy the ocean-close lifestyle** located 2+ blocks from the sand in Surf City, USA. 5 Adult and 2 kids bikes are included.

This luxurious beach home has recently been tastefully redecorated including Thermador appliances throughout the kitchen, high quality bedding, new mattresses, 3rd floor patio hot tub, whole house speaker system and 2 fireplaces. Enjoy an ocean view from the 3rd floor.



All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd and third floor.



Bedding: No more than 8 adults please but 4 additional children are considered for a total of 12 per group but we can not accommodate more than 8 adults. If your group is larger than 8 please contact us to discuss before you reserve. If your group has the extra children you may need to book as if you are a group of 8 and then we will add on the extra children after you have reserved. We do charge $25 per person per night after the 8th person if we agree to the larger group.  



Bedding:

Bedroom 1

The first master suite has a king bed, fireplace and a spa like bathroom with a claw foot tub to relax at the end of a day of sun and fun.

The second master suite has a king bed, private bathroom with a beautiful sky light that will let the morning sun and ocean breezes through. It has an adjacent room with a twin day bed and trundle.

Third bedroom has a queen bed with a private full bath and a crib.



Bedroom 4

Fourth bedroom is equipped with a twin day bed and trundle (85 pound weight limit), a queen sleeper sofa, a built in deck, wet bar and mini fridge, a private bathroom and direct access to the 3rd floor patio where you can soak in the hot tub as watch the sun set on the Pacific.



You will enjoy the short walk to downtown, restaurants, shopping and the famous Huntington Beach pier. Of course the best part of this beach close home, you are just over 2 blocks to the sand. Whether it s cooking an amazing dinner in the state of the art gourmet kitchen, relaxing with a glass of wine on the front patio, or watching the stars from the 3rd floor patio while soaking in the hot tub; no matter how you choose to unwind from a fun day at the beach this home is the perfect answer. As a local I have never had AC in HB for 50 years you just do not need it and you will see that less than 20% of the homes advertised this close to the beach have AC. It stays very cool this close to the beach.

Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund.

House rules



After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.



You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.



No Parties: No pets,. No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.



All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.



Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
