"Elevators were being repaired as well as the pool. I understand things need fixed. We were very happy with our stay, The front desk put us on the first floor to accommodate us with the elevator maintenance. We will stay again with this property."

"I booked a king deluxe room for me and my girlfriend. We were told it wasn’t even available despite me booking the room a couple days in advance. We were given a room with two beds instead, which ruined our entire experience. Terrible."
