Inside, the private bedroom features a king-size bed, while the separate living room gives you room to relax without your bedroom becoming your entire living space. A large Smart TV and high-speed WiFi make it easy to stream, work remotely, study, or stay connected.

The full kitchen is ready for everyday use, whether that means coffee before an early hospital shift, keeping groceries on hand, meal prepping for the week, or cooking dinner at home after a long day.

When you have downtime, enjoy access to the community swimming pool and tennis courts without leaving the property.

You’ll also be conveniently positioned for grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, everyday services, and major Houston roadways, making day-to-day life easier during an extended stay.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may include an additional fee.
No smoking or vaping inside the property. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Pets are allowed with prior approval and applicable pet fees. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The reservation includes 2 guests. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level.
No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval. Additional fees may apply.
All vehicles must be registered and have the required parking permit or visitor tag displayed. Vehicles that are not properly registered or permitted may be towed at the vehicle owner`s expense. We are not responsible for towing fees.
Dispose of all trash in the designated community dumpsters. Do not leave trash outside the unit or in common areas.
Follow all community rules when using the pool, tennis courts, parking areas, and other common areas.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or pets beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any damage immediately.
Do not share keys, gate information, access codes, or parking credentials with anyone not included in the reservation.
Please report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly through the app, by phone, or by text so they can be addressed during your stay.
Guests must follow all property and community rules during their stay. Violations may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation where permitted.
