Whether you are coming to town for a Business Trip, Guys/Gals Weekend, Game, Rodeo or Fun Family Vacation, this well appointed, 3 Story Midtown Townhouse is close to all the action and offers everything you need for a relaxing & fun stay. The property is located within walking distance to numerous nightlife/dining hot spots, grocery, pharmacy & is 6 easy blocks to the Metro rail line. A 2-car attached garage, private outdoor patio w/ hot tub, chimnea, table for 6 & gas grill are yours to enjoy.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features it's own bathroom and television with cable. None of the bedrooms share a wall which allows for privacy and relaxation even when traveling as a group.

You will have the entire residence & private outdoor patio to yourselves.

I am available to answer any questions, make suggestions and even provision the residence with food, drinks, alcohol or other necessities before you arrive (additional cost).

The 2 car attached garage fits standard size vehicles. Extra long pick-up trucks or large SUVs may not fit and will have to park in the street in front of the unit. Street parking is readily available but do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

The house is nicely appointed with all of the essentials you could want or need during a short stay. It’s in nice neighborhood very close to downtown, University of Houston, Rice and not too far from lots of restaurants. Maria is an excellent host reaching out multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned. Truly a great host. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maria!

There are many positive attributes about this home! Top of the list is the location! Extremely nice area surrounded by upscale homes and restaurants; unexpected in a downtown neighborhood! We walked to local dining spots several times during our stay! The kitchen and dining setup was perfect and we enjoyed every morning drinking coffee and having breakfast with our family. LOVE the spacious bedrooms and the TWO KING BED setup!! That’s why we booked!! It was a nice touch to have things like coffee, oils, S&P, laundry soap, etc. Thank you so much Maria and Arturo!

Wholesome houston hangs

We spent a week and change here, and it felt like home, the space is so inviting and layered with the multiple floors and patio. I formed memories from making puzzles on the mezzanine floor to damcing on the top floor and cooking competitions with my brothers ( judged by my mom of course). Each bedroom feels like its own oasis and own world so you can always steal away but still join together in the living space on the middle floor. We felt safe (and cozy!) with the garage and the property being cached in the edge of two fun neighborhoods— walked to delicious takeout all the time! Place is clean, and fun, and the hosts were the bomb. Gracious, inviting, but not like hovering. They gave us great recs and were hapoy to help when we needed to figure out anything. 10/10 lets do it again

Great Customer Service

Our rental car was 90 minutes late, our flight was cancelled and the only people that took really good care of us was Maria & Arturo. So easy to reach and always were happy to help with anything. Great time was had because of this great rental in midtown. Thank you.

Nice and clean. There is a timer on the front door lock so you can't get in even a minute before your check in time. We arrived about 5 minutes early and had to wait in the driveway.

Christmas in H-Town

First off, Maria and Arturo were AWESOME. even though we were there over Christmas Day, they were extremely responsive. Quick to help with anything in the house and to make suggestions about the area. I let Maria know this was an impromptu family Christmas away from home and we showed up to a beautiful tree in the living room. The townhome was clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was loaded with bats and restaurants. The location is convenient to anything the downtown Houston area. Wonderful Stay in Midtown

My wife and two adult sons had a great stay in this well located, three-story home. The place was clean, stocked with amenities and gave us both space away and together. The hosts were excellent communicators. We didn't need anything during our stay, but felt like all I needed to do was pick up the phone if necessary. The location is close to downtown and Montrose and the area surrounding area had a number of fun spots to visit. Do not hesitate to book this place for your stay in Houston!

Great Vacation Spot

Walkable to restaurants, Toyota Center, Downtown, Buffalo Bayou greenway and close proximity to Hermann Park museum campus. Nice, quiet urban neighborhood. Owners were responsive to our needs. We'd book again!

Holiday Weekend

Our family of six adults enjoyed our holiday weekend in Houston. The townhouse was just as pictured and very comfortable for our group. The location was excellent and safe. Check in and communication with owner was easy. We would definitely consider staying again!

Fantastic house

Spacious, clean and lovely property thoughtfully catered for by the hosts. In an awesome location - walking distance from Midtown and Montrose eateries and bars - uber was always 2 / 3 minutes away. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful - thank you. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place

I booked this property for my wife and her friends for her bday. They absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and comfortable. The layout is perfect for a group. Everything you need is provided from dishes to games to extra blankets to a washer and dryer. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Took off one star due to a couple of issues. They couldnt connect the TV or the bluetooth speakers. The fountain didnt work. Sitting in the hot tub with people looking down at you from the apartments surrounding was very uncomfortable. Would be perfect if there was a covering. None of those issues were enough for them to call the owner. So that said, we would definitely stay here again.
