Welcome to our bright and modern new apartment located in the heart of East Downtown (EaDo), one of Houston’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Minutes from downtown, this 1BR/1BA home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and city energy.

Featuring a private, gated yard that you can walk right out to and grab some amazing tacos, or across the street for a night of the finest libations. Whether you're in town for a game at Daikin, or traveling for work, you're right where the action is.
This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the 1st floor with a private, gated patio that allows you to enter and exit your apartment from the patio. This is great because you can park here and unload groceries/items easier and leave right from your patio and walk to Brothers Taco House if your in the mood, or grab your favorite libations from the spirit store across the street. Or if you want to get a few steps in, take a 15 minute stroll down Leeland to the Toyota Center to catch a concert or a Rockets game.

This home is fully stocked with everything brand new - from a rice cooker to a pool bag and slippers ready for the evening - this home has it all. There is King bed in the master with hotel grade linens along with a pullout couch for guests. There is a Smart TV in the living room and bedroom along a large island perfect for chef'ing it up and entertaining guests. Smart commands and Alexa enabled.

The apartment is located in a great location which gives quick access to everything Houston has to offer, without the busy noise directly from downtown. It is great for corporate travelers who need to stay for a while or for anyone wanting to enjoy Houston's foodie and nightlife scenery.

Perfect! Great location, very clean, great communication and totally accurate listing. Everything was as described. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable for our long weekend. Very thoughtful touches and the best supplies of any rental I’ve stayed in. We didn’t need anything other than our personal items and food. Brother’s tacos is a must. Walked to and from GRB convention center easily. Reasonable check out instructions which is rare these days. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and well decorated. She had lots of random items like an iron board, soap, etc. to make your stay more convenient. The location was minutes away from everything we wanted to do and the bed was big and comfy. I would recommend she add a full length mirror to the living room but other than that it was amazing!

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was perfect for our family of three. It was very clean, smelled clean, and felt clean and safe. If there were a drawback for this location it would be the location of where you have to park your car in reference to where the apartment is located. The parking garage is located in another building across the street from your location. It’s quite a walk, and elevator ride, and walking across the sky walk to get to the front door. We are not complaining about that at all. We are just not accustomed to not being closer to our Car. Mariah the property manager was extremely helpful with every single question I had She was quick to respond to my messages too. If needed we would stay here again.
