The home was a perfect fit for our family of 6 with ages ranging from 11 to 85. We enjoyed spending evenings on the large deck overlooking the lake and relaxing in the hot tub. Great location with short drive to old Hot Springs shopping and bath house row. Host was very accessible for any questions.

This home is located on a canal of Lake Hamilton. My girls enjoyed fishing from the dock, feeding the families of ducks and geese in the morning, and the deck is absolutely perfect for a freshly brewed cup of joe. It is centrally located so getting to eating establishments, hiking, and shopping is well within reason. James and Amber were quick to respond or give a phone call if warranted. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

The host is super responsive and quick to fix any issues! That was appreciated! The house is spacious and has enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The water view is very relaxing. We saw turtles, geese, ducks, and a snake or two swimming around. Each day we saw deer across the water. AC kept the house cool, neighborhood is very quiet. Just the best get away!

There were plenty of bedrooms, blankets, pillows and towels. The beds were comfy and the back deck was nice with a beautiful view. That being said... this was not the house I thought I was renting. There were several holes in the walls, a few broken baulsters in the stairs. The kitchen counter and tiles are falling apart and the cabintes and provided kitchen ware were not very clean. There weren't any curtains in the kids bedroom . There were cobwebs in most corners, birds (very loudly) nesting in the chimney and we all saw several roaches. I will not be returning.
