Downstairs Level (must use a spiral staircase to access this room)
-Natural polished stone floor, queen bed, comfortable linens, smart TV, desk and sofa for lounging
-Full bathroom w/vanity and shower
-Access to washer and dryer for laundry
**The ceiling height downstairs is lower (approx 6.5-7 ft). Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if you have taller people in your party.

Pets Welcome!
-Pet fee of $65/stay plus tax for up to 2 pets (dogs only)
-Pets must not be left alone in property uncrated. Hot Springs is a very dog friendly city!
-The yard is not fenced, however there is an outside playpen and dog run so your four legged friend can stretch their legs
-Pet fee must be paid before check in. Fee will be paid on a separate transaction if not paid at time of booking. Charged automatically to card on file when reservation is updated to include pet. Late fee of $25 plus $65 fee plus tax automatically charged if pet(s) are not disclosed before check in.

Other Notes
-Guest counts over 2 persons are charged at an additional $15/person/day up to max of 4 (charged separately if added to reservation after booking). All occupancy changes after booking must be approved by owner and additional guest charges must be paid before check in.
 -Must E-sign rental agreement from host for access into the property before check in.
-We have exterior security cameras to monitor access onto the property.
-Best to have a car to get around the city of Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park, although the downtown area and some trails are walkable from house (approximately within 1 mile).
