Glorious gateway 4 bedroom lake home- Discount Rates!!

A beautiful and perfect place for just you or your family to come and relax on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Stay in this amazing home and enjoy a nice quiet vacation. Property comes with a boat dock, jet ski ramp, 3 kayaks, and a swim dock. This place is perfect for fishing, watching the sunset or just relaxing and tanning in the sun. A beautiful gazebo right by the lake--perfect to take take pictures for a special occasion, a fire pit with chairs and much more! In the summer this property is perfect for either bringing your own boat (docking it at our boat dock) or renting a boat at one of our many boat rental places.

The space

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with two large patios. 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. 2 are master bedrooms with full baths--the first master is located on the main floor with a king bed, TV, nice glass walk in shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The other master has a king bed with its own bathroom and shower. It also has its own patio upstairs with a table and 2 chairs--perfect for sipping your morning coffee or tea and watching the sunrise or sunset. The 2 other rooms have queen beds. The sharing bathroom is in the hallway with a tub/shower and two sinks. There are 2 bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on bottom in the game room. The game room has a new pool table and TV. Big living room with fireplace and TV. unlimited Wi-Fi. Formal Dinning room table located next to the living room that seats 10. The Kitchen has two seating options---built in granite table that holds 8 and a small table with four chairs. The play room has a pool table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from silverware, plates of all kind, bowls, pots, pans, blender, food processor, slow cooker, 1 regular coffee maker and a keurig machine. The lower patio has an outdoor grill and two tables, eight chairs at each one . Large backyard for kids to play around . Gazebo has a table with chairs to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and watch the sunset. We have a large deck on the water to use for sun bathing, fishing or whatever you please.

This property starts you off with a starter roll of toilet paper starter roll paper towels. You will probably need to bring the adequate amount for your stay. Don't forget your shampoos anything else you will need for your stay. There is a propane grill we always keep an extra gas tank full Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes and pots that can be used for cooking. Washer and dryer are available for use in the laundry room.

Peaceful

We were in town for a sporting event but wanted something by the water. The backyard and access to the lake was nice and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. At night we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. It is a relaxing stay for all ages.

Wonderful stay

The house is in a great location off the beaten path but still close to everything. We were very comfortable and the property manager addressed the one small issue we had very promptly. Will hope to stay again.

Derby Weekend

Great property for a group

The river runs right up to the property, which made fishing and kayaking fun and convenient. The house had everything we needed for cooking and serving our group of 10 and there was plenty of room for games, puzzles and privacy when we wanted it. We spoke with Lucia a few times and she was very helpful & accommodating. The furnishings were good quality but are starting to show some wear. And the house was clean, but is also starting to show signs of wear. The beds were comfy and we really enjoyed our stay!

The stay was good overall. However, the TV's were difficult to work, even my IT kids couldn't figure it out. The pool table was super worn, unlevel and none of the sticks had tips. Lake water levels were never mentioned being so low, but I should have checked that.

Disappointed

This stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Check in was easy and host let us check in a day earlier than planned, so that was a bonus, but the listing did not state that they drain the lake in the winter!! We were very disappointed that the lake was empty and the guys couldn’t go fishing. The listing also stated there was a hot tub on the property which was only a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Pool table was in terrible shape and there were no tips on the pool sticks so the guys couldn’t play pool either. No ice maker in kitchen, no TV’s in any of the three bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen TV did not work at all. The place was very outdated and recliners in couch did not work properly. The vents and fans were all covered in dust and overall it could use a good cleaning!! The host was responsive and did not charge for the early check in so that made it better, but for the price we paid we were all disappointed in this stay.

Nice Location…but

The house is in a great area with backyard access to the water. The house itself was huge and there is definitely plenty of room, but the layout is awkward. Particularly the downstairs primary bedroom. There are certainly things that need attention, most notably the beds. I think this would be a decent house in the summer with a large group when you’re outside more.

Hot Springs Get Away

Our stay was magical. We were able to spend great quality family time together. The house was large and spacious so that we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. We enjoyed the built in table for eating and just visiting and playing uno. The outside firepit was really nice. My grandchildren enjoyed making smores. The water was very low but even with that we enjoyed the kayaks and the geese that roost right near the house. We also enjoyed the easy access to the home as well as the location which was close to everything we wanted to do. We all enjoyed downtown Hot Springs. We would definitely rent this home again.

Good times in Hot Springs

Property was as described. We did have a problem with the door lock (battery in door lock was dead) but was rectified to our satisfaction. This property is a GREAT value for 4 couples in their 50's and 60's.

Wonderful Waycation!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Glorious Gateway! Check in was super easy and reaponse to our questions were immediately answered. The property was amazing! Our group enjoyed having the boat slip so we could enjoy making memories on our pontoon. If we ever get to make it back to the Hot Springs area we will definitely book again! our questions were

Motorcycle Riders

Our group of riders have been getting together for 22 years . We come from 5 different states in the Midwest, most of us from a medical background. This VRBO rental was just perfect for us, plenty of space, beds, and the accommodations did not disappoint. It was very nice to have a car port out on the driveway for all of our bikes. Lucia, the owner, was always available, eager to help if we had any problems getting settled in. If I am ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to book this place for my family.

Hot Springs Getaway

This is a great property with ample space inside and outside. The kids enjoyed kayaking and we rented a boat from Hot Springs Marina (excellent staff). Lake Hamilton is a beautiful lake to enjoy the day on. The owners of the house were very responsive to questions. Rules of the house were straightforward. Very easy to relax and enjoy your time here. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Easy drive to shops and restaurants on historic Bathhouse row. We’ll be back.

Very nice property

We thoroughly enjoyed this location. Right on the water with a beautiful gazebo and dock. Home is a little outdated but still very nice! No hot tub but there is a jacuzzi tub in the master.

Lovely stay!

Our family enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere at the "Glorious Getaway". This part of the Ouachita was very remote, which was wonderful for us to float and kayak on—no major boat traffic to worry about. Luci the Host was very responsive.

Fire your cleaning person

Great location. A short drive into Hot Springs. House is outdated but my biggest complaint is it's dirty. There was literally a pile of dirt/possibly sand lying on the living room floor. A simple good vacuuming would have solved this issue. Looks as though they have NEVER moved the furniture on the hardwood floors, as there was dirt and cobwebs underneath. I owned a cleaning service for nearly 15 years and the quality of whoever is cleaning, is appalling!
