"Nice clean spacious room plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits to have even dressing gowns if you forget yours we all slept amazing only down side was it was really cold in the night we turned heating up but it was still chilly so would advise to ask for extra blanket or take youre own. "No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! "

"The room was spotless and just enough room for family of 3. The bathroom was our favorite. The clean tub and the rain shower were really a great addition. The salt for the bath was also such a great touch. The security of the hotel being in the city center was well thought of. The location is smack in the city center and was so convenient to go around the city. I would check-in here again. ♥️"
