The hotel is a quick walk to JWU’s campus and there’s lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, with the mall across the street. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a wide variety of options. Will definitely stay here again! "

"We checked in with no issues. The room was bigger than expected and pretty clean. Our only issue was that the floor was not totally clean in the closet and the bathroom. "Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. "This was a nice hotel in a surprisingly good location. If you don't have harbor view, your view isn't going to be so great -- but that was the main downside. Otherwise, it's right next to a lovely park: you just walk outside, and there's a prime area for bayside walking, running, frisbee, playground for kids, fishing, etc. The lobby and bar feel like they're part of a much more upscale hotel, partly because of the waterfront view.
