We are conveniently located min to the most amazing seven sister springs and a 2 min from main road to go any spring you want in Florida. Like: 3 sisters, Homosassa, Weeki Wachee, rainbow river, Rock springs, Ginnie springs, depending on how much you want to drive.
Only an hour plus away from amazing Clearwater, Saint Petersburg beach and attraction parks in Orlando or Bush Gardens Tampa.
We offer an inflatable paddle board and a tandem kayak. Owner does not take any liability for use of the kayaks and paddle board. Renter is responsable for any damage or missing kayak or paddle board. You can also bring your boat.
We have an attached 1BR Studio to this house. The newly remodeled studio is under the same roof as the Chazzdoorway property. All is separate except for parking, backyard and lanai area which will semi shared. The designated parking for the studio is on the grass to the right of the driveway and the house parking will be the driveway. You can rent the whole property for additional $30 at night, which will then make it a 3/2. It has to be mentioned at booking and depends on availability.
No additional or unregistered guests including kids) without prior authorization will be allowed. Violation of this rule may result in Reservation cancelation and/or additional fees. The allowed Guests are set up at Booking. The max allowed guest or visitors in the house at any time is 6 people without any prior authorization.
