The front desk staff was polite. The breakfast was good and having a good AC in our bedroom.

Overall the stay was fine. When booking, it’d be helpful if it’s made clear that most of the cottages are upwards of a mile or more away from the main resort area. This makes trips to use the pool and water park vehicle trips coupled with finding parking. Also, what set the trip off in the worst possible way was the fact that immediately after checking in, you are literally herded to a kiosk where they begin a high pressure timeshare pitch complete with “what time can we pick you up for your meeting tomorrow?” We just flew in, haven’t seen the resort yet, have starving kids, and already have to fight off this nonsense. A great way to abuse your patrons and ensure they will have a bad experience immediately upon arrival. That alone was almost enough to make someone not want to return.

Ground level. Balcony was tiny to tiny to sit on and woods come up to it. The room had ants. Furniture was old. No plug access near beds for electronics. Bathroom was old. Toilet paper roll was far from toilet closer to shower. Had coffee in room but cups were too high to reach. Tv was very small. Tried calling office but no answer. AC vents were very dirty. On check in and check out , desk clerk was very nice. Bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet.

It’s so nice to go the Disney parks and then everyone can come back and have their own room with on suite bathrooms. Beautiful property.

Located in the heart of Disney property. However this is a time share location. You will be presented with a Visa card or additional free days for another stay to see presentation and view property. You can stay with the club if you are not a member. Several pools , playground, miniature golf and places to eat on property. Plus excellent security.
