"Easy check in and loads of parking. The room was absolutely amazing, we were outside so felt like being in a cabin overlooking the garden. Bathroom was huge and clean. Went to the bar in the evening and the service was great. Can't fault this hotel"

"This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back. "

"We were really impressed with our stay at Harpers Steakhouse in Haslemere. Looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a one-night stay, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The room was comfortable, air-conditioned (a real plus on a rare hot evening), with a good bed, quality sheets, and complimentary water, a small touch I always appreciate. Dinner was great also. "Had a good stay at the hotel, excellent staff and the room was ideal for our needs. Let down a lot by some terrible food on the first day - initially unable to order food at lunch despite being a guest. I understand they had a function but perhaps just letting guests know so they could either order before or make alternate arrangements. "Everything was great apart from the Wi-Fi which is not good enough to stream anything and signal doesn’t reach all rooms. I’d recommend investment in this so that all rooms have good signal and the speed is sufficient for streaming."

"Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was beautiful and (when I was there) very quiet. There's also a small sauna and steam room, and a tiny (but perfectly formed) gym, Excellent breakfast selection, and again staff very helpful, even with late arriving guests.
