The location is pure perfection - nestled in a convenient area, making it effortlessly easy to explore the city's hidden gems and popular attractions. Whether you're looking for delicious local eats, vibrant markets, or serene escapes, everything is just a stone's throw away. But what truly sets this apartment apart is the exceptional customer service from the hosts. They're not just helpful; they're genuinely invested in ensuring your stay is nothing short of phenomenal. Need recommendations? They've got insider tips. Have a special request? They'll go above and beyond to make it happen. The hosts' unwavering dedication to their guests' satisfaction creates a truly personalized experience, making you feel right at home. Their rapid responses, thoughtful gestures, and warm hospitality left me feeling grateful and impressed. If you're visiting Vietnam, do yourself a favor and book this apartment. However, it’s pretty far away from downtown and popular hustling places, but personally, it’s not a matter for me. This place suit my ideal of seeking relaxation without sacrificing city vibes.

オーナーとの連絡が取りにくい。別途Vrboというアプリを入れないとチャットでの連絡取れず。連絡はそのチャットのみ。オーナーとは簡単な英語でのやりとりにてカードキーを1階にて直接受け渡し。オーナーは別の場所からやって来て待ち合わせ。チャットで連絡出来れば返事はすぐに来る。高層マンションが多数立ち並ぶベトナム富裕層向けのレジデンス。各棟の1階にはコンビニ、カフェ、食堂が入っていて生活は全てこの団地内で完結できる。敷地内にプールがあるが、オーナーから渡されるカードでは利用出来ず、事前に指紋登録を行わないとプールに入れないため事実上利用不可能。その他テニスコート、バスケ、バドミントン、バレー、子供向け遊具は自由に入れるため利用可能。団地からどこへ行くにもタクシーだが、新しい道路がまだできていないため、狭い道で渋滞する。グラブでホーチミン市中心部まで20〜24万ドン。
