"Great location, very friendly staff. However, the first-floor room we stayed in was awful: Windows face the covered patio so no sunlight and no privacy—shades had to stay down, so you're basically staying in a tiny broom closet. AC control panel lights up the room at night. You can hear the subway go by at regular intervals, and we were awoken at 4am by a really loud, jarring jackhammer-type noise. Mentioned this to front desk and in post-stay survey, zero real response other than "so sorry."...

"There’s no place to park, unless you park a block away and then you would have to pay for parking. Not in a safe area to park. The area itself didn’t look safe."

"The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason."

"My husband and I stay here overnight. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. The ambience when you walk into the hotel is a good vibe the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome we had a great day the only thing missing was that there was no iron to iron your clothes and Parking was extremely hard other than that. I think we had an excellent day."

"I really liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I wish there was a full length mirror. I also wish there was somewhere to unpack my stuff & more hanging space. The best part was that it was a 4 min walk to the bus to Main street Flushing & a deli/convenience store Also only about a 6 min walk to College Park with tons of delicious mom & pop diners/restaurants, discount stores, groceries, market/delis. I would stay here...

"The hotel has no parking or area for unloading luggage, I had to double-park on the street to unload my car. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. There were food scraps on the chair. The shower water pressure was so low that I had trouble washing my hair. Water pooled in the shower during my first use. There was a nightstand on only one side of the bed. During my two-night stay, there were several incidents of guests shouting in the hotel hallways throughout the night until...

"Property was beautiful everywhere we looked. Pool was clean and staff was attentive. Nice and well behaved crowd, except in the end a few loud kids that were playing rough (I believe it was an exception). Nice views, clean and comfy room, easy check in/out. Minor complaints: giant chess game needs maintenance, one of the umbrellas in the pool was broken and it took a while until someone took it away (it felt and it could hurt someone). Id love more food options in the front desk (ran out of ice...

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"Nasty odor. Rooms were dirty the floors were gross. Dirty bathroom with rust. Hallway was dark and smelt like smoke/ hella perfume to cover the smoke smell. Overpriced price where meadowlands is cheaper and way more upscale. Never in our life's had we have to switch hotels due to false advertisement. This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. We want a refund . We did not stay here!!!"
