"We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! "I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly horrible and very upsetting for my family. When we first walked into the hotel, we noticed dog hair all over the couch. I brushed it off because I understand people travel with pets and tried not to make a big deal about it. Later that night around 11 PM, my husband went into the bathroom and turned on the light when he saw a roach come out from the sink. "The water went ice cold after a shower or two and never was warm again the property was lovely and clean. Room was clean as well "

"The room was what you would expect for a discount motel chain. No issues there. The problem we had was the pipes in the bathroom burst overnight, so we awoke to a completely flooded bathroom and bathroom area. The front desk's way of helping us was giving us a key to use another room's bathroom, but at that point, we just wanted to get out of there, wet luggage and all. We are still waiting days later to hear back from the manager about the incident."
