Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"Not impressed. Stains on the sofa cushion. Unacceptable mattress on the pull-out sofa - really thin and I could feel all the springs. Very cheap materials throughout the room such as the flooring, bedding, furniture, and toiletries. The shower floor was very discolored; not entirely sure if it was ..."

Clarion Pointe Biltmore Village
"This hotel needs updating ie..get rid of bathtub and install walk-in showers. The fact that there are NO ELEVATORS could be a huge problem for most people. Imagine dragging your luggage up the stairs. Also, should be noted that the entry to your room is OUTSIDE I would never recommend this hotel"
