Maybe we came at the right time of year when there were no games or events going on. I could see how it would be a popular hotel to stay at during basketball season and/or the weekends. "I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite."

1. Un solo elevador; es insuficiente para los pisos del hotel y el número de cuartos en cada piso.
2. No respetaron la tarifa acordada. Solo la primer noche cobraron de acuerdo a la reservación y la seguna le subieron arbitrariamente $80 dólares.
Lo reclamé y la persona en recepción dijo no poder hacer nada. Que el lunes siguiente me contactarían y es fecha que no han acreditado lo que pagué de más."
