"Great hotel in a former warehouse-type building. Very eclectic, industrial style decor, but the beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are well-stocked and uniquely laid out, and rooms are original and filled with fun accessories. Wish we had more than 1 night to stay here, but we will definitely be back!"

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very spacious bigger than most apartments, which is a plus especially with 2 young children. Great location and decent part of town. This will be my place to stay every time when coming to Memphis."

"I am currently in the process of writing an email to cooperate concerning the blood that was found on my pillow cases & in the bed my son slept in that we did not notice until the next morning. The staff started taking up the breakfast while we were standing in line before 10 am. Parking staff was a complete joke. A lot of issues never experienced before at a Hilton property"

"LOVED the vibe, all the games to keep you entertained was really cool. The rooms were small but very nice and comfy beds, awesome shower, front desk very accommodating. Overall extremely great hotel and I have traveled a lot. 10 out of 10!!!"

"Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."
