"It was unfortunate that the Stayz AI features of booking, didn't alert the property managers that we were staying. As we were having issues with getting the spa heated, we called the number on our Stayz confirmation and that was the first they learned of us being there. The majority of the property was set up, however the floors were dirty and it would seem that the fans haven't been cleaned in some months. The property manager was very apologetic and they did provide us with a $50 voucher to...

"Unit was perfect for our needs, close to the beach and shops. We used the laundry sink to bathe our baby but it wasn’t actually clear in the listing that there was a laundry inside the unit. Handy to have a dishwasher and cooking facilities. The check in process was a little confusing but easily sorted out. We had originally thought we needed to go to the oceanview reception. "
