"My stay at the Kensington Hideaway made my trip to England a complete success. Stay were always so warm and welcoming and remembered me. Breakfast was always amazing and their food menu as well. Truly made me feel so at home from thousands of miles away! When I come back to London this is 100% where I am staying again, and did I mention air conditioning? They have it!!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. "Loved the location, clean, but very very difficult to get anyone from guest services and house keeping. Concierge and the staff in the lobby helping with luggage are very good and helpful.
The tub is deep and very difficult to step out of. Direction in how to use the shower should be included. We were in London in June 3926 during the heat wave, air conditioner temp set by hotel and guests are unable to change. They tell you they will bring you a fan or heater if you need it. No lotion...
