Quiet 3BR Ranch - Little Dog Friendly! (2033)

Very cute 3 bedroom Ranch home. All first floor living make this a great rental! The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private half bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a futon. All bedrooms have window a/c units. There is a 55" flat screen TV in living room and 30" flat screen in futon bedroom. The fenced in yard is complement to the wonderful deck in the private back yard created by the abutting conservation land. *You are welcome to bring your small dog along with you (20 pounds or less). Enjoy a starlit shower in the recently added outdoor shower. You will be close to the bike trail, swimmable Long Pond, and not so swimmable Hinckley Pond, and a short drive to Nantucket Sound beaches. 4 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood along with the location to all the things I love with Harwich and the surrounding area. My dog was happy with the yard and the walks in the neighborhood!The home and especially the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in!

I would not stay here

We drove 12 hours to Cape Cod, only to find the property completely unprepared for guests. Bugs were entering through the air conditioning units in every room. While my daughter and husband were sitting on the couch, they discovered numerous fleas and received multiple bites on their backs and legs. The rooms smelled like mold from wet carpets and AC units, and the bathroom had a strong odor. The cutlery and dishes had food particles, not clean at all. The bedding had millions of dog hair and human hair stuck, it was filthy. I called VRBO several times and spent three hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Nothing was done until the next day when a very friendly and reasonable property manager arrived. I am very grateful for his help. However, I would not stay here again.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for my husband, myself, daughter and her partner plus our dogs. The fenced in yard made it easy for us. It was very clean and was well stocked and beds were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Location was a little more than a mile to route 6 making it convenient. We had a nice relaxing week and hope to return again.

Best Location

The interior of the home is very clean and up to date. The deck was lovely, being a pet friendly home, we like the fenced in yard. Very lovely neighborhood and easy to get on and off Route 6.

Happy in Harwich

This house was great for our stay! Easy off the highway but felt secluded and private. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of streets for morning walks. We only missed having an enclosed outdoor shower. Other than that ~ highly recommend!

Nice inside but outside a disaster

The inside of this property is just like the pictures. What you would expect from a beach vacation rental. It was very clean - no issues with the inside (cleaning crew did nice job). The outside is a disaster. No attention has been paid to the landscape or anything outside. We had to get a hose and clean the deck and furniture before using. The yard is nothing but overgrown weeds and unkept vegetation. This is basically a property where the owners are not involved and the Real Estate agency just cleans the inside. It looks like nothing has been done outside the property in years. There were also other little items that need attention... leaking toilet, all trash barrels full the day we got there, no recycle container, missing trash lid, slider screen door unusable, STOVE NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. FIRE HAZZARD. Basically nice inside, but not a relaxing outdoor environment.

Great quiet spot for us to have as a homebase

This was a great property, with all that we needed, right off route 6 and easy to find. It was good for our family of four, with our small dog - having a fenced-in yard was an added bonus for us. We were able to go out and do what we wanted all along the Cape and come back and have it be quiet for the kids to sleep well (and watch morning cartoons while they let us sleep in a couple of the days too!)

Wonderful week at this tranquil home

My dog and I had a fabulous week at this beautiful home in Harwich. Some of my family visited and we enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. The beds were very comfy and we feel refreshed and relaxed to travel home. Would definitely love to stay again!

Week at the cape

I really enjoyed staying at this house in Harwich It met our need well. The fenced in yard was great for our 2 dogs who also joined us. Late afternoons and mornings on the deck were delightful. Highly recommend!
