"We are vacation club owner and we extended our stay with Hotels.com Harbor Club is our favorite property on HHI. "

"This was a very clean hotel. Location was great. The restaurant and bar was a plus. My only complaint would be that they charge you $50 a day to park as well as they charge you an additional $25 per day for what they call a destination fee."

"The rooms were very spacious ( suite) the staff very nice and helpful. 1 small deficit was there was a problem with a HDMI cable to tv was not working. Staff got it fixed within the hour. "

"Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had an ocean view room and it was amazing looking out at the sunrise and sunset. The desk staff were very warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The valet staff was excellent, especially Joey and Charles. "

"My room was clean, aside from a few spots on the blinds and couch. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman who bartended the nights I was there. I recommend parking in the garage across the corner, the rates are cheaper."

"We always stay here at New Year’s, the concierge has great knowledge of the city and wonderful suggestions, pleasant staff, easy check-in, rooms are always comfortable and clean, in a busy city somehow it’s quiet inside so we sleep well, close to River Street and all of the restaurants, good breakfast in the morning, and even the small bar for some adult beverages!"

"Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Nice free breakfast every morning. Super comfy beds. Easy on street paid parking for $1.00/hour. Attached restaurant with all day $4 Rose wine. Close walking to everything. Large rooms with fridge, micro and coffee stations, full desk for working remote and couch with trundle bed if needed. Separate shower and vanity with additional separate toilet room and sink. Great for multiple people needed to get ready. Very comfortable common areas with couches and tables...
