"L’Hotel du LAC was a very good experience. Centrally located and the room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable and everything was clean. Staff was really helpful and attentive!"

Royal Signature Hotel Hanoi
"The initial room we booked (Premium Suite, balcony) appeared way smaller than the photo. I thought the room in reality was quite small. The blanket linen is really thin. Although a comforter is provided in the closet, it had stains and had no duvet cover. Most rooms from my experience have a clean ..."

The Hanoi Signature Hotel
"Location is very nice. Accessible to almost everything. Staff are courteous, fresh towel every morning. Decent breakfast. What disappointed me is the photos posted in their website is far from the real room conditions. Shuttle service to airport is extra charge though."
