"It was a very clean property super quiet slept all night. If I could give it a six stars I would."

"Breakfast was great, air worked well. Some of the stuff is a bit older and it could use a good renovation in some spots, but overall a solid hotel. Hot tub and pool are super nice. "

"Checked in no room phone to call front desk. Pull out couch had no sheets, blankets or even a pillow in the room. I called - we are out of blankets and pillows. What? Went to the pool area no towels. Back to front desk to ask for pool towels, I get bath towels but can't mix with pool towels so i was asked to bring them back to the front desk when done. the front clerk said again we have no blankets or pillows... I said I am confused you allow rooms with pull out beds but can't prepare for it?...

"It was a great affordable place to sleep. It was clean, the floors are not carpeted so that adds to the clean factor but nose reduction was not great. Any and every nose in the hall could be heard in our room. Amenities were limited, no shampoo or conditioner provided in the room. Not a big deal for most just something to consider when staying."

"I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

"The hotel is very dated and well used. We saw a lot of dirt. Don't expect amazing rooms. What this places offers is location -- easy access to transit line into the city and a shuttle for Cardinals home games. This makes it easy to stay and about half the cost for staying right next to the stadium. We paid for an arch view room and it did not disappoint on the view aspect."

"The room we were assigned to, the floor was sticky and had spilled liquid. Reported this to the front desk, and she blew me off. The breakfast staff was excellent with a few mishaps with (1) coffee maker operating, and no cranberry juice."

"A/C was out in a conference room we rented. Asked for fans and got one small box fan. Not enough!! Room was dirty when we arrived. The stay rooms were in bad shape too. Clean, but poorly maintained."

"This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th "
