    This brand new condo has perfect views of the beach and just a couple steps away from having your feet in the sand. Enjoy the sunrise from the living room and the tidal marsh and sunset from the sitting area off the bedroom. The unit has a modern kitchenette, full bath and a cozy seating area off the bedroom. The large deck out front let's you take in the stunning views of the ocean and most everything Hampton Beach has to offer is nearby. This unit can sleep up to 4 people.

Great safe location close to the beach with great view. Stayed for a golf weekend with 1 other friend and there was plenty of room and just what we needed. Very easy to check in and out and communication was great with property manager. Would stay here again

Perfect Location

The location is close to the action yet far enough away to have a level of quite. The unit has a perfect unblocked view of the ocean.

Tout était Ok mais apporter une attention spéciale à la propreté de l’extérieur du condo surtout le lampadaire.

The place was overall fine however there was some necessities and standards that were missed. Upon arriving our towels and bathmat were still absolutely wet (clean). We enjoy the ability to make our own food but it makes it extremely difficult when you are provided extremely blunt knives, no dish towel, no dishwashing soap or brush.Other sparingly things provided 1 extra TP roll 1 extra trash bag only sun chair.The the place is very nice and the view is incredible and we enjoyed having our own parking. just pay attention to the details that can make a stay very enjoyable.

Place was what we were looking for. Mostly a place to crash. The GOOD - top floor right in the middle - no no foot traffic. The BREEZE - front opens to beach side and back opens to marsh - open windows and let the breeze come through. Place was decently clean. BAD - no one ever cleaned the AC filters so it was struggling. I did it myself and ran proper after that. Don't expect a blow dryer, any shower goods (shampoo/conditioner/soap). Owner needs to buy a second chair for front porch sitting. The screen slider had fallen off prior to our visit and did not work. Missing screen in back window to marsh. There is full size couch.

Highly disappointed!!!

Property was not clean when we got there. Cleaning crew came and were there for 15-20 minutes to clean. Although we were reimbursed the cleaning fee, we discovered numerous issues: blind slats missing, mildewed shower curtain and sponges, only one chair on balcony prevented us from enjoying the beautiful ocean view, stained and limited linens, no trash bags, dishwashing liquid or coffee filters, etc. Informational pamphlet left as to what should be in unit was not complete so we were unaware as to what should be there. Also, unit is advertised as new -- it is not. It is renovated!! We checked out two days early and were told that we would be reimbursed for those two days, but the amount was approximately $120 short and the property manager did not reply to inquiry as to why. Sent property manager photos of issues. Property management company was apologetic for the original lack of cleaning, but did not seem to be concerned about the issues brought to their attention. We checked in on Friday evening, and Property Management company is on call for emergencies only over the weekend.

Très beau petit condo/kitchenette pour 2 personnes. Ameublement neuf et confortable. Tout est très propre et c'est un endroit tranquille à seulement 15 minutes de marche du boardwalk et des magasins/activités, en longuant la mer qui est en face du condo. Stationnement correct. Televiseur grand ecran, air climatisé etc...comme sur les photos. Il faut savoir que ce condo est au 4e etage et vous devez monter des marches. Aussi, apportez séchoir à cheveux, savon, shampooing, débarbouillettes, sel poivre café etc.... il y a un petit frigo, une cafetière 2 tasses avec filtre, un grille pain, un petit four, des ustensils et assiettes/tasses. Pas de micro-onde. Dans l'ensemble nous avons aimé notre semaine de vacance mais si vous y aller pour une longue période, apportez avec vous les choses de base et essensielles. Nous avons acheté une cafetière k-cup et plusieurs choses non comprises pour faciliter notre sejour.
