"I come from Mongolia, Air in Mongolia is very dry therefore bedsheet everything is dry. 2 previous hotels prior to Rampart rooms were very humid therefore bed sheets felt like they were damp all the time. To my surprise for some reason Rampart rooms were not humid at all, and bedsheets were dry all the time which was very good and comfortable ! "The staffs working there were so friendly, respectful and hospitable in creating a welcoming environment for customers. I had trouble turning on the AC and the staff went in person and helped me with that. He also helped me find a converter to use for charging. There were also many local bistros and restaurants located near the hotel so it’s very convenient to stroll around and explore. "

"２泊で利用しましたが受付の女性は日本語が出来ますし持参したコンセントが合わなかったためお借りしました。親身にして頂きました。清掃の方も感じの良い方で清掃不要でタオル交換のみお願いしたのですが綺麗に掃除されていました。部屋も綺麗で駅からもわかりやすくまた利用したいと思うホテルでした。"
